I started Off to Run because I want to help others enjoy exercise as much as I do and reap the benefits. You can be fit at any age! I qualified and ran the Boston Marathon at age 50.
I'm a Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) Certified Running Coach and a USA Track and Field (USATF) Certified Running Coach. I also have an MBA from Duke University. I regularly run, bike, swim and strength train.

Join us Monday and Wednesday nights at 6 pm for 8 weeks. We will run from greenways, the YMCA, running stores and breweries.
The best time to run in the late fall and winter is 11 am when it is light and warmer. Run with us on Mondays at 11 am at Shelley Lake. Eight week session available for late fall.
